Bankruptcy - One Helpful Strategy

Last week I ready an article saying that there was a good chance that bankruptcies were going to continue to increase and that the main culprit was ARM's (adjustable rate mortgages). After the ARM's were coming due, most people found that they did not have enough money in their budget to make the payments. What people have been doing initially is to use credit cards to help supplement their income so that they could make the payments on the increased cost of the ARM's (also included in this are health care costs and general cost of living increases).

Obviously, with any budget you either need to decrease costs or increase income. With an ARM increasing your monthly cost most people look towards what they can do to increase their income.
